Magnificent views and trekking is amazing here. Super kind and helpful staff and great laundry services/facilities. The hotel is situated on a hillside of a mountain and this alone is worth a visit. The pool is good too. The village has a family taverna with excellent food.

I stayed for one night and it was great!The host Katerina was lovely and always willing to help us also the view from the balcony is stunning.Keep in mind that you need a car as it's up hill.

The location and the views were excellent. The host was very approachable, friendly and helpful. There was ample sun beds around the pool and the pool area was very good and clean. The availability of a washing machine and proper iron. The restaurants in the village were excellent. Local shop had all we needed. I would definitely recommend Aptera Paradise and we are definitely going to stay there again.

Beautiful sea view straight from the apartment, very nice swimming pool. Everything clean and tidy. Very nice welcoming owners. Small shop and local restaurants are in short walking distance. Highly recommend!

This place in June was a steal - so cheap and you get an amazing pool + view on a quiet location. The tavernas of the village have amazing local food, and you're only 15-20 minutes away by car from the heart of Chania. It's not fully renovated but very very well taken care of so again, as I said, a steal (very good) for the amount of money you pay!

My stay here was truly perfect.It has everything I need and is very clean.I enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea.The village of Aptera is small but has a small market and three good restaurants. If I visit Crete again, I will 100% use this paradise. Highly recommended!
